Guidelines for yard upkeep:

1. Removing all litter, trash, dead vegetation, refuse & waste.
2. Lawn mowing on a regular basis.
3. Tree & shrub pruning.
4. Watering landscaped areas.
5. Keeping exterior lights in working order.
6. Keeping lawn & garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.
7. Keeping driveways in good repair with basketball goals upright & clear of sidewalks.
8. Keeping exterior of homes & fences in good repair with regular maintenance.
9. All improvements & painting must submit an ARC form to HOA.
